We woke up early to pack our bags again as our time at the Sundestin Beach Resort has come to an end.

It had been a great few days by the beach. I just wish it had been a little warmer for us to go swimming in the ocean.
We took one last stroll along Destin Beach and I even dipped my toes in the beautiful clear water.
There was a church just across the road from where we were staying called Impact Life Church. We attended their second service. Being the week of Thanksgiving, they had a wonderful morning of testimonies and giving thanks for what God is doing in their community.
Crestview
In the afternoon we drove to Crestview, Florida to stay with family for the next couple of days. Crestview is a fast growing town about 50 minutes inland from Destin. It is right by the I10 so makes a great stop over for freeway travelers or for those wanting to visit the local aircraft museums.
We spent the afternoon decorating Christmas ornaments then went out for Mexican at Azteca with family. This trip, after all, is a farewell tour as we move to Australia so time with family is essential!
How do you spend your time with family in the lead up to the holidays?
